Yoni Kundalini Activation + Womb Clearing
A practice to activate our eros kundalini energy in the yoni, connecting to that of the crystalline core of the Earth, releasing stagnant energy that no longer serves you from the womb, rising kundalini energy up the spine, circulating through the body. Beginning with connecting our intention into water and calling in the protection and guidance of our soul team in the Highest Light.
Learn about the vagus nerve and practice vagal toning for calming the mind through the body (facial yoga, breathwork, and bilateral movement with an emphasis on the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system) and develop connection and appreciation for your body, mind, and overall self. Benefits include processing subconsciously stored trauma bypassing the mind, relaxing muscles in the face and body, and soothing the nervous + lymphatic + immune systems of the body.
Nature Breathing and Preserving Positive Moments
Create simple and fun personalized coping skills for gentle self-regulation anytime. We will discuss the relevance of preserving positive moments (creating or recalling a moment/memory to always have it to come back to whenever needed), practice re-experiencing a positive memory through the senses, then learn and practice a personally curated tool I call nature breathing – proven to improve anxiety, stress, and depression amongst myriads of my clients.
Emotional Processing and Somatic Stress Release
Learn to self-regulate, process emotion, and complete stress cycles in the body for the energetic clearing of your mind, body, and soul. We will be full experiencing a range of emotions (did you know an emotion can only be felt in the body for an average of 21 seconds?!), coming back to stillness and grounding in between - practicing resourcing, pendulation, and titration.
Self-Care for Caregivers
Deconstruct the concept of stress, its effect on the body, and how parental stress impacts children's ability to self-regulate. Self-care and coping skills are defined separately and compared; the need for both are emphasized and some examples of each are shared and practiced.
